What it costs, with nothing hidden
These are the rates we charge when you book with us directly. There is no service fee on top and no separate cleaning charge — the only addition is Florida and Sarasota County tax. Both homes are let by the month or the season, not the week.
The Villa

One-month minimum stay. The Villa is let by the month rather than the week, so it suits a long winter stay rather than a short trip.
One month is the shortest stay we take. The nightly rate covers cleaning, and we hold no security deposit against the house. A stay of a month is paid in one go when you book. Longer than that and you pay the first month up front, with the rest due sixty days before you arrive — the same day our cancellation terms change, so you are never paying early for a stay you could still cancel in full. Payment is by bank transfer and there is no fee at all: we cover it.

Booking & cancellation

Two-month minimum stay. This home is let by the season, so it suits snowbirds and seasonal renters rather than week-long trips.
Two months is the shortest stay we take here, and we usually quote by the month rather than the night. The rate covers cleaning, and we hold no security deposit.
