About the house
The Lanai was remodelled at the end of 2025 and is the larger of the two. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big open living space that works whether you are hosting or hiding from everyone.
Both bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. The private lanai is the part guests mention afterwards — it is where the mornings happen. The house sits in the same gated Gran Paradiso community as The Villa, with the same 24-hour gate and the same resort amenities.
This one is a seasonal rental rather than a weekly one: the shortest stay we take here is two months. If you are looking for somewhere to spend a Florida winter rather than a Florida week, this is the one.
