A four-bedroom house in Gran Paradiso, remodelled at the end of 2025, with a private lanai. Booked by the season, with a two-month minimum stay.

No booking fees
Booking sites add roughly 12–15% at checkout. Come to us and that goes away. On a season-long winter stay it is not a rounding error — it is thousands. Pay by bank transfer and we cover that cost too.
You talk to the owners
We answer the phone. Questions about the gate, the pool temperature in January, whether the pickleball crowd is any good — you get a real answer, not a support ticket.
Flexible on the edges
Split stays, odd-length bookings, a few days either side of what the calendar shows. Ask us. Platform rules do not apply here.
